This year’s resident’s Christmas party kicked off with music from “Wrinkle Rock’ who played a mixture of well-known classics and festive Christmas songs!
The residents, guests and staff sang along in Christmas spirit before enjoying a surprise visit from Santa showering our Residents with a stocking full of gifts. The stockings were made in house as a craft activity in the lead up to Christmas by a team of residents led by a member of the Lifestyle team.
The gifts were a mixture of donations from local businesses such as Woolworths, Kmart, Ikea, Terry White Pharmacy, Traditional Funerals and local shops, along with donations from staff.
Residents and guests then enjoyed a delicious Christmas buffet prepared by our wonderful in-house Chef and team. Lunch was enjoyed with more ‘Wrinkle Rock’ songs. Our first Christmas at Narangba Aged Care was a very special day enjoyed by all.
